bully4u Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bully4u platform — whether through the website at bully4u.pro, the mobile app, or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of the bully4u platform, including visitors, registered members and anyone placing bets on sports markets. They apply alongside any additional rules that may be in place for specific promotions, competitions or features — in those cases, both sets of rules apply, and where there is a conflict the more specific rule takes precedence.

Using bully4u means you are entering into a binding agreement. Take the time to read these terms fully. The most important points are also summarised in the quick-reference table below, but the full text of each section governs your use of the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use bully4u, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. bully4u is strictly an adult platform. Users found to be under 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds will be handled in accordance with our underage policy.
• You must be the person you claim to be. Registration must be done in your own legal name — the name on your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You may only hold one account on bully4u. Creating duplicate accounts — whether intentionally to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — is a breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed.
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration and keep that information up to date. This includes your name, contact details and payment information.

bully4u reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. This typically involves submitting a copy of your CNIC and a recent photograph. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in your account being temporarily restricted until verification is complete.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your bully4u account. This includes every bet placed, every deposit made and every withdrawal requested — regardless of whether you authorised the action yourself or whether someone else had access to your account.

Your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication method — are confidential. Do not share them with anyone. bully4u staff will never ask for your full password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately to have the account secured.

• Keep your password strong and unique to bully4u — do not reuse passwords from other sites.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered — it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• Notify bully4u support promptly if your registered mobile number or email address changes.

bully4u is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to keep your credentials secure, or where you have shared your login details with a third party.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on bully4u are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the deposit page. The available methods and any applicable minimums are shown in detail on the Deposit page.

Deposits must be made from an account or wallet registered in your own name. bully4u applies a name-match policy — the name on the depositing account must match the name on your bully4u registration. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where possible.

• bully4u does not charge any platform fee for deposits. Your bank or wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer timelines depend on your bank's processing schedule.
• Deposited funds are held for betting purposes only. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method — check the Deposit page for current minimums.
• Funds deposited in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your bully4u account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit, wherever possible. This same-source withdrawal policy is a standard measure to prevent financial fraud and applies to all users regardless of account history.

• Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are processed on a priority basis and typically complete quickly for fully verified accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals via Raast settle faster than traditional inter-bank transfers — usually within the same business day for requests submitted during processing hours.
• The name on your withdrawal destination — JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account or bank account — must exactly match the name on your bully4u account. Mismatched names are the most common cause of withdrawal delays.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are listed on the Withdrawal page. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests submitted after peak hours are queued and processed in order. Submitting multiple requests for the same amount does not speed up processing — it may flag your account for a manual review.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, bully4u requires identity verification to be complete. This is a one-time step — once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without additional identity checks unless your account details change or a review is triggered by unusual activity.

6 Betting Rules

bully4u offers betting markets across cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and Test matches), football, Esports and other sports as listed on the Sports page. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet confirmation screen is shown before submission — review your selections, stake amount and potential return carefully before confirming.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. If odds change between you selecting a market and confirming the bet, you will be shown the updated odds before confirmation.
• In-play betting markets close and suspend frequently during live matches — this is normal and is driven by match events. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or significantly altered (such as a reduction in overs), bets are settled according to the specific rules published for that market type. Check individual market rules for details.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per market. These are displayed within the bet slip.
• Void bets — where a market is cancelled due to data errors, match abandonment or other qualifying events — are returned to your account balance at the original stake amount.
• bully4u does not accept bets placed by automated systems, bots or any non-human means. Accounts found to be using automated betting tools will be closed.

bully4u reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, data feed failure or where the integrity of a market has been compromised. Decisions made in such circumstances are final.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bully4u runs a range of promotions and bonuses for both new and existing users. Full details of current offers are available on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance after any conditions stated in the offer are met — such as completing a qualifying deposit of a minimum PKR amount.
• Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount that must be bet before the bonus (or winnings from it) can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is always stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this window.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account is a violation of the single-account rule.
• bully4u reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds already credited will be honoured subject to applicable wagering requirements already in progress.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.

8 Responsible Gaming

bully4u takes responsible gaming seriously. Sports betting is entertainment for adults — it should be approached with a clear budget, realistic expectations and an awareness of the risks involved. The platform includes tools to help you manage your betting activity:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily or weekly cap on how much you can deposit. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased immediately — there is a cooling-off period before any increase takes effect.
• Session reminders: Set time reminders to alert you when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a short break from betting without permanently closing your account.

9 Privacy & Data

bully4u collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, process payments, verify identity and comply with applicable requirements. The types of data collected include registration details, payment information, betting history and device/session data.

Your data is not sold to third parties. It is shared only with payment processors (such as JazzCash and Easypaisa), identity verification services and other service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform — and only to the extent required for those purposes.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

bully4u reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment fraud or identity fraud.
• Use of automated betting tools, arbitrage systems or any technique that exploits pricing errors.
• Holding or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Underage use or registration on behalf of a minor.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour directed at bully4u staff or other platform users.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — your available balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any pending bets are settled.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

11 Limitation of Liability

bully4u provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous uptime and accurate market data, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that data feeds will be error-free.

• bully4u is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, data feed errors, internet connectivity issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change. A bet is only confirmed — and odds locked in — at the point the confirmation screen is submitted.
• bully4u is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from your winnings. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable tax requirements in your jurisdiction.
• The maximum liability of bully4u to any individual user for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Changes to These Terms

bully4u may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. The updated version date is always shown at the top of this page.

Continuing to use the bully4u platform after updated terms have been communicated and have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Minor clarifications or corrections that do not materially affect your rights may be made without specific notification — always refer to the current version of these terms on this page.
