Account & Login

Registration, login issues, password recovery, and profile management.

Registering is quick and straightforward. Go to the Register page, enter your mobile number, choose a strong password, and follow the on-screen steps. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once your account is active, you can log in, make a deposit in PKR, and start placing bets right away.

On the Login page, tap "Forgot password?" and follow the recovery steps. You will need access to the mobile number or email address linked to your Bully4U account. Once verified, you can set a new password and regain full access. Make sure your new password is unique — do not reuse passwords from other platforms.

After several incorrect password attempts, the platform temporarily locks your account as a security precaution. Wait 15–30 minutes, then try again with the correct credentials. If you are still locked out, use the password recovery flow on the Login page to reset your credentials and restore access immediately.

No. Each person is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts are against our Terms and Conditions and may result in both accounts being suspended. If you previously registered and cannot recall your credentials, use the recovery option instead of creating a new account.

Log in to your account and head to the Profile or Account Settings section. From there you can update your contact details and personal information. Keep your registered mobile number current — it is used for account verification and withdrawal confirmations.

Deposits

Bank transfers can take longer depending on your bank's processing times — typically within the same business day. If your balance has not updated after 30 minutes, check your transaction reference and review the details on the Deposit page.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimums for each channel are displayed on the Deposit page after you log in. Generally, mobile wallet options like JazzCash and Easypaisa have low entry thresholds that work well for most Pakistani players regardless of budget.

First, wait a few more minutes and then refresh your account balance. If the amount is still not credited after 30 minutes, note down your transaction ID or payment reference from your JazzCash / Easypaisa app or bank statement. Then visit the Deposit page for guidance on how to follow up. Keeping your payment receipts handy speeds up any resolution.

Withdrawals

Getting your PKR winnings out quickly and smoothly.

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal page. Select your preferred payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR, and confirm the request. Make sure your payment details are correctly saved in your profile before submitting.

Most withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast are processed the same day, often within a few hours during normal business hours. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank. Processing times can vary slightly during high-traffic periods like major PSL matches or T20 series days.

Yes, a minimum withdrawal amount applies and it varies by payment channel. The exact figures are shown on the Withdrawal page once you are logged in. Ensuring your balance meets the minimum before submitting avoids any processing delays.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include:
  • Active bonus wagering requirements not yet completed
  • Payment details in your profile not matching your registered information
  • Withdrawal amount below the minimum threshold
  • Account verification not completed

Yes. Bully4U supports live in-play betting on Cricket and Football. During a PSL or T20 match, odds update ball by ball so you can react to what is happening on the pitch in real time. Head to the Bet page during any live fixture to see the current markets and place your in-play wagers.

Bully4U displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the clearest format for most players. The number shown represents your total return per PKR 1 staked. For example, odds of 2.50 mean a PKR 100 bet returns PKR 250 if successful (PKR 150 profit). You can see a breakdown of potential winnings before confirming any bet on your slip.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or edited as a general rule. Always review your bet slip carefully — check the market, odds, and stake — before confirming. This is especially important for in-play bets where odds are moving quickly during live Cricket or Football action.

Bonuses & Promotions

How to claim offers and understand wagering conditions.

New Bully4U members can access welcome offers after completing registration and making a qualifying deposit. The current available promotions — including welcome bonuses and first deposit offers — are listed on the Promotions page. Check there regularly as offers are updated throughout the year, especially around PSL season and major international Cricket events.

A wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a 10x requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets. First, check that your deposit met the minimum qualifying amount stated in the promotion terms. Some offers also require an opt-in step before or during the deposit. If everything looks correct and the bonus still has not appeared within a few minutes, review the promotion terms on the Promotions page to confirm your deposit qualifies.

Mobile App

Downloading, installing, and using the Bully4U app on Android.

Visit the Download page on your Android device and follow the instructions to get the Bully4U APK file. Because the app is distributed directly rather than through a third-party store, you will need to allow installation from unknown sources in your Android settings. No. The app uses the same login credentials as the website. Just enter your existing username and password in the app and your account — including balance, active bets, bonuses, and transaction history — will be exactly the same. There is no need to register again.

The most common reason is that "Install from unknown sources" is disabled in your Android security settings. Go to Settings → Security (or Privacy) → enable Unknown Sources or allow installation for your browser. Also make sure you have enough free storage on your device. If the issue persists, try downloading the APK again from the Download page as an older file may have been interrupted mid-download.
